To use a soap filled sponge, wet it under water to activate the soap. Gently scrub your body in circular motions, focusing on areas that need exfoliation. The sponge can also be used on the other side for no exfoliation. Rinse the sponge thoroughly after use and allow the sponge to dry between uses.
